This furnished apartment of 75 square meters on the 2nd floor ( there is no elevator) features of 3 private bedrooms with balcony. Located in the beautiful town of Paleo Faliro , only 2 minutes walking from the bus stop at Amfitheas avenue , and 5 minutes from Tram stop , 10 - 12 minutes from the beach or Marina Flisvos and 20 minutes by bus from Athens centre. It is surrounded by shops, restaurants, banks and supermarket. The area is ideal for those who want to enjoy both proximity to Athens centre and the beach in a nice and safe area with great public transportation. Specifically this bedroom has its own PRIVATE large bathroom (you do not share it with other roommates) attached to the bedroom. It has also a private small balcony The apartment is clean but not renovated . Each bedroom has its own lock on the door, ensuring privacy. They are also come equipped with Air conditioning and VDSL 50 Mbps Wi-Fi internet. The private bedroom has a double bed, desk for studying or working, lamp, closet.This property has a solar panel for hot water In addition to the private bedrooms, tenants will also share the common areas with your roommate, which include a small dining area , a kitchen equipped with stove , oven , fridge , a washing machine room (with a drying rack provided for your convenience). There are some kitchen utensils like glasses , spoons, plates, frying pans, sandwich maker etc left from previous tenants, but in case there is something missing or in a bad shape , we do not provide / replace them. We provide only the 5 major electric appliance (Stove , oven , fridge, washing machine and boiler for hot water) . You are welcome to use any other appliance or kitchen utensil that previous guest have left but if you need anything else you have to buy it for your self.
